高速卷绕头控制方式

摘    要:为了解决化纤生产过程中压紧辊与锭轴筒管之间压力增大导致筒管损坏的问题,分析了锭轴及压紧辊在卷绕过程中的工作方式及其控制原理,指出锭轴电机与压紧辊电机采用无编码器的异步电机,采用齿轮测速传感器在驱动器内部构成闭环,进一步提高了恒线速卷绕的控制精度和稳定性,避免了丝条断头、伸长不匀等现象,提高卷绕的高速性和卷装的成形质量.
