一步法合成3(5)-氨基吡唑

摘    要:3(5)-氨基吡唑是一个重要的农药医药有机合成中间体。比较了3(5)-氨基吡唑的各种合成方法,探索了一条以2-氯丙烯腈为原料,一步法合成3(5)-氨基吡唑的经济合理的路线,收率70%,含量99.4%。该工艺具有反应条件温和,易操作,溶剂易回收,成本低的特点。

Abstract:3 (5) - amino pyrazole is an important synthetic organic intermediate, belongs to pesticide and medicine. Compared various synthesis methods of the 3 (5) - amino pyrazole, explored an economic and reasonable route ( one - step synthesis method), which used 2 - chlorineaerylonitrile as raw materials to get 3(5) - amino pyrazole. Finally,the yield reached 70% and the content was 99.4%. This process has mild reaction condition, easy operation, solvent easily recycled, low cost characteristic.
