| 摘 要： | 介绍了龙蟒佰利联股份有限公司300 kt/a硫铁矿掺烧硫酸亚铁的制酸装置运行状况。将硫酸法钛白粉生产中的副产物硫酸亚铁在硫铁矿制酸装置上掺烧,硫酸亚铁的分解率为90%,分解后回收铁精粉和硫,每吨硫酸亚铁产生经济效益111元。装置优化的方向有硫酸亚铁的预处理、余热利用、稀酸净化循环使用、SO_2风机改造及干吸低位热利用等方面。
