聚合物驱注入压力设计计算

摘    要:根据工程流体力学以及渗流力学,建立了聚合物驱油注入压力计算模型,给出了详细的计算步骤,以一口注聚井的数据为例,进行了聚合物驱注入过程中注入压力的分段计算,结果表明聚合物驱油注入压力包括克服地面配注管道摩阻以及聚合物溶液在地层渗流阻力所需的压力,注入压力损耗最大的是地层渗流压力,依次是孔眼压降,管流压降最小。

Abstract:According to engineering fluid mechanics and seepage mechanics, the calculation model of polymer flooding injection pressure was establishment and the calculation steps was given. Taking certain polymer injection well as an example, the injection pressure calculation during polymer injection was carried out by steps. The result shows that polymer injection pressure includes overcoming rejection friction and the pressure needed to flow in porous media, the most injection pressure loss is during formation seepage, perfora tion tunnel in turn and the floor horizontal flow is the least.
