新型延迟自生热增压泡沫压裂液研究

摘    要:随着川西地区中浅层气藏采出程度加深,地层能量逐渐降低,压裂液返排率下降,常规压裂技术已不能适应开发需要。为解决该问题,研制了具有低腐蚀低伤害性能、泡沫携砂性好、低滤失、返排速度快的新型延迟自生热增压泡沫压裂液,并进行了现场应用。实验结果表明,该压裂液体系压后返排速度快,见气早,施工工艺成功率为100%。该研究在一定程度上增加了川西中浅层压裂改造的增产有效性。

Abstract:As the growing degree of reserve recovery from the mid-shallow gas reservoirs in western Sichuan,reservoir energy declines gradually,the flowback rate of fracturing fluid decreases,and conventional fracturing technology can not satisfy the need of reservoir development.Therefore,a new delayed self-thermogenic pressurizing foam fracturing fluid has been developed with characteristics of low corrosive damage,good sand carrying property,low fluid loss and fast flowback speed and has been applied in the field.T...
