Pechini溶胶-凝胶法制备LuAG:Tb薄膜的显微结构及发光性能

摘    要:采用Pechini溶胶-凝胶法结合旋涂工艺制备了Tb3+掺杂Lu3Al5O12(简称LuAG:Tb)发光薄膜。前驱体薄膜在850℃左右锻烧得到单一石榴石相的LuAG:Tb薄膜。LuAG薄膜的发射光谱(268nm紫外光激发)对应于Tb3+5D47EJ(J=6~0)和5D37FJ特征跃迁,光谱强度随Tb3+掺杂浓度的升高先增强后减弱,在x(Tb3+)=2.0%时光谱强度最强,其发光衰减时间为5.14ms。扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)观察显示LuAG薄膜的颗粒度大小和表面粗糙度随煅烧温度的升高而增大。

Abstract:Tb~(3+)-doped Lu_3Al_5O_(12)(LuAG:Tb) scintillator films were successfully prepared by Pechini solgel method and spin-coating technique.The X-ray diffraction(XRD) showed that the precursor films started to crystallize at about 850℃.The emission spectrum of the film excited under 268nm showed the characteristic ~5D_4→~7F_ 1(J = 6~0) and ~5D_3→~7F_1 transitions of Tb~(3+).The luminous intensity of the LuAG:Tb films strengthened with the increasing of Tb~(3+) doping concentration,and reached the maximum at doping with x(Tb~(3+) ) =2.0%. The lifetime(r) of excited state for Tb~(3+) was 5.14ms.The microstructure of the films observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and atomic force microscope(AFM) indicated that the grain size(D) and roughness increased with the increasing of calcination temperature.
