摘    要:该文提出了一种基于残差帧的室内监控视频压缩算法。该算法是提取监控视频中相邻帧之间的残差帧,将残差矩阵对角化,传输运动数据,并在接受端根据接受到的背景参数和和残差帧运动参数,恢复出原图像帧,进而得到原监控视频文件;实验证明,该算法易于实现,且计算量小,适宜室内监控视频的压缩应用。

Abstract:An indoor surveillance video compression algorithm based on residual frame is proposed in this paper.The algorithm which can get residual frame in adjacent frames of surveillance video diagonalizes residual matrix and transfers motion data.With the received background parameters and motion parameters of residual frame in receiving terminal,the algorithm can restore original image frames and get original surveillance video files.The experiment indicates that the algorithm can be easy to achieve and has small...
