重钢接龙铁矿闪速磁化焙烧试验研究

摘    要:针对重钢接龙铁矿的性质,采用闪速磁化焙烧—弱磁选流程,可得到产率45.04%、TFe品位60.09%、铁回收率81.37%的弱磁铁精矿。该工艺流程结构简单、经济实用、工业生产可操作性好、易于实现,是当前处理重钢接龙铁矿行之有效的选矿技术,也为同类型复杂难选铁矿的开发提供了一定的参考和借鉴作用。

Abstract:Directed at the characteristics of Jielong iron ore,the technological flowsheet of flash magnetic roasting-low-intensity magnetic separation is adopted,and on iron concentrate with 60.09% TFe and a recovery of 81.27% can be obtained at the yield is 45.04%.The flowsheet structure of the technology is simple and has certain economic viability,and the operability of commercial production is better and easy to realize.Therefore,it is an effective mineral processing technology for Jielong Iron Mine,moreover,it also provide a reference for exploiting and utilizing similar kinds of complicated and refractory iron ores.
