摘    要:以水合肼副产碱渣为原料,选择湿法低温合成结晶法制备过碳酸钠。采用正交实验方法,研究了反应温度在10℃下,物料配比、稳定剂种类、稳定剂加量、盐加量和反应时间对产物收率的影响,优化了合成工艺。在优化条件下,产品收率为85%,产品质量达到原化工部部颁标准,为尿素法水合肼生产的副产碱渣找到了综合利用方法。

Abstract:Sodium percarbonate were produced by by-product alkali residue of hydrazine hydrate as the material and wet low temperature synthesis crystallization method. The influence facts on products yield with orthogonal test method were studied, including reaction temperature under 10~C, material ratio, kinds of stabilizer and its quantity, salt quantity and reaction time. The process was optimized. Under the optimization stations, the yield is 85%, the quality of products meet the standards of Chemical department. The comprehensive utilization method was found for by product alkali residue of hydrazine hydrate with carbamide method.
