固体催化剂存在下高铁酸钾氧化合成苯甲醛

摘    要:考察了在固体催化剂存在下,用高铁酸钾氧化苯甲醇制备苯甲醛的反应。当超稳分子筛作固体催化剂、环己烷为溶剂并加入微量质量分数为36%的醋酸、反应温度18℃、反应时间10 h、高铁酸钾的加入量1.98 g时,苯甲醛的选择性为94.8%,产率达到78.3%。研究结果表明,超稳分子筛固体催化剂存在下的反应体系中,高铁酸钾还是比较稳定的,并且其氧化活性和选择性也很好。这将成为研究高铁酸钾在有机合成方面的一个重要领域。

Abstract:The reaction of oxidizing benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde with potassium ferrate in the presence of solid catalyst was investigated.Under the optional reaction conditions that ultrastable zeolite was used as solid catalyst and cyclohexane as solvent,the mass fraction of trace acetic acid was 36%,reaction temperature was 18 ℃,reaction time was 10 h,potassium ferrate added was 1.98 g,the selectivity and yield of benzaldehyde could be obtained as 94.8% and 78.3% respectively.The results show that potassium ferrate is more stable when ultrastable zeolite acts as solid catalyst,and it has a strong oxidant activity and high selectivity.This will be an important direction for organic synthesis research of potassium ferrate.
