架空输电线路导线舞动及防治技术分析

摘    要:架空输电线路导线舞动事故严重危害了中国电力系统的安全运行。根据近年来中国输电线路发生的覆冰舞动现象,对中国输电线路导线舞动的特点、形成原因及防治技术措施进行了总结和分析。结果表明:中国输电线路舞动分布呈现明显的区域性、近年来舞动区域越来越广,强舞动现象越来越频繁;造成导线舞动的主要原因有覆冰、风激励及线路结构和参数等;采取避舞、抗舞和抑舞措施可有效防止舞动危害,"避舞"主要是在线路规划阶段合理规划线路走向和路径,在可能的情况下,尽可能避开易舞区和微气象、微地形区;"抗舞"主要是在设计阶段对经过易舞区的线路采取提高线路的机械及电气强度的方法;"抑舞"主要是在线路设计或运行阶段对存在发生舞动可能性的线路区段加装防舞器,防患于未然。

Abstract:Conductor galloping phenomena on overhead transmission lines are of great danger to the security of service of electrical power system.Based on several typical iced conductor galloping phenomena occurring in China,this paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics,reasons and preventing techniques of conductor galloping.The results show that the galloping phenomena occurring in China have such characteristics as high strength, larger and larger coverage area,etc.The formation of conductor galloping mostly relies on icing,wind as well as configuration and parameters of transmission lines.The harm resulting from conductor galloping can be effectively avoided,resisted or restrained if some measures are taken. Galloping-avoidable measure is to choose appropriate line path as far as possible to avoid the microclimate and micro-terrain which possess special conditions of galloping.Galloping-resistable measure is to enhance the mechanical and electric strength of transmission lines so as to ensure that conductors and other components will not be damaged when conductor galloping occurs.Galloping-restrainable measures is to install anti-galloping devices on transmission lines so as to destroy the formative conditions of galloping phenomena,restrain the amplitude of galloping and ensure the security of service of transmission lines.
