| Abstract: | By analyzing the abuse of quenching with salt bath fumace,we adopted gas carburizing fumace to perform isothermal hardening for cutting pick of coal-winning machine and injected alcohol into the fumace.This prcess not only saves equipment investment but also reduces the labour intensity. |
