摘    要:在炼钢转炉排渣的同时,将一定比例的电炉还原渣和煤渣加入到渣盘中,利用熔融钢渣的余热对钢渣的组成和结构进行在线重构。结果表明,重构处理明显降低了钢渣中的fCaO含量,改善了钢渣的易磨性和压蒸安定性,钢渣粉的28d活性指数提高了10%~20%。

Analysis of cementations properties of modified steel slag

Abstract:By means of adding electric arc furnace steel slag(EAFS) and coal burnoff slag into hot slag ladle,the online reconstruction of basic oxygen furnace(BOF) steel slag was proceeded.The results showed that the fCaO content of modified BOF steel slag could be reduced after modification,and grindability and autoclave stability of modified BOF steel slag were improved.The cementitious activity index at 28 days of ground modified BOF steel slag was increased by 10%-20% after modification.
