PVC种子/丙烯酸酯共聚乳液对PVC冲击性能的影响

摘    要:用PVC种子/丙烯酸酯共聚乳液作为表面处理剂对nano-CaCO3粒子进行表面处理,在10L聚合釜中与VCM进行悬浮聚合。nano-CaCO3粒子原位复合到PVC后,PVC的冲击性能明显提高。

Abstract:Nano-CaCO3,which was surface treated by copolymerization emulsion of PVC seeds and acrylates,was suspension polymerized with VCM in a 10 L polymerizer.The impact property of PVC resins which were in-situ composited with nano-CaCO3 was improved obviously.
