黑启动条件下风储系统控制策略研究

摘    要:风能作为一种可再生能源迅速发展,并且随着储能技术在风力发电中的应用,风储联合发电系统已能够提供持续可靠供电。利用PSCAD仿真软件对风机和储能联合单元模型进行建模仿真。分别对储能电池启动风机,以及风机给储能电池充电的过程进行了仿真,对仿真波形进行分析,验证了控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:With the growing scale of power system,reliable black start scheme becomes very important when the pow-er grid blackout accident.As a kind of renewable energy,wind power is developing rapidly,and the energy storage technology in the application of wind power,store joint wind power generation system can provide continuous and reliable power supply.The fan and the energy storage joint unit model are established with PSCAD to simulate the process of the fan starting with the energy storage battery and charging the energy storage batteries with fan.Through the analysis of the simulation waveform,the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified.
