摘    要:<正>中国饮料市场的主角历经更迭,从二十世纪九十年代的碳酸饮料到纯净水、茶饮料,再到近年来的功能饮料,都曾辉煌地抢占市场的头把交椅。但近年来,高品质蔬菜汁却渐渐露出头角,成为中国饮料市场上新的关注热点。

New Cosset of Beverage Market in China——Vegetable Juice
Abstract:The leading role in Chinese beverage market changes from one to another.The carbonated beverage,pure water,tea bev- erage and even the functional beverage have once been the leading in the market. However,nowadays,with the appearance of high-quality vegetable juice beverage, it becomes a new focus in Chinese bever- age market. Once upon a time,although many ex- perts and companies keep great hopes with the birth of vegetable juice,the selling is not quite satisfied.Because of the high price of the vegetable juice beverage,the consumers prefer other beverages rather than vegetable juice.But with the purchas- ing of healthy body,more and more people choose vegetable juice as a way to main- tain good condition of body.Some young ladies take this as a way to keep fit. As the two main problems with veg- etable juice,high price and singular flavor, some research organizations and compa- nies has already took many measures. Kagome,the largest manufacturer of veg- etable and fruit juice products in Japan, launched a total of four 100 percent juices in an effort to become the leader in the Shanghais pure juice market.
