莱钢高炉节水措施的探索

摘    要:莱钢高炉水系统存在诸多问题,如耗水量大,安全性差等。从加强企业节水管理,优化高炉供水工艺、应用高炉循环水节水技术以及稳定水质方面进行了探索,从而有效减少了高炉冶炼的用水,促进企业节能减排工作的发展。

Abstract:There were many problems in the water system for blast furnace of Laiwu Iron Steel Group,such as large water consumption,poor safety.Studies were carried out from the following aspects: strengthen water saving management of enterprise,optimize water supply process of blast furnace,apply water saving technology of circulating water for blast furnace as well as stabilize water quality.It effectively reduced water consumption of blast furnace operation and promoted development of energy saving and discharge reducing work of enterprise.
