超声场制备纳米镍粉的电化学性能研究

摘    要:研究了乙二醇体系中,在超声场条件下,制备得到的纳米镍粉的性能.采用XRD进行了成分分析,SEM、TEM进行了微观形貌表征,对镍粉压制而成的电极进行了循环伏安测试.结果表明:与不加超声场条件相比,有超声场时制备得到的镍粉颗粒直径更小,颗粒分散度更好.超声场条件下制备的镍粉压制而成的电极在含有乙醇的1mol/L KOH溶液中进行循环伏安测试,与没有乙醇时相比,镍粉电极的氧化峰值电流密度增大,还原峰值电流密度相应地减小,表明对于乙醇的氧化还原反应来说超声场条件下制备的镍粉是一种有效的催化剂.同时与高纯镍块电极相比,在对乙醇的氧化方面纳米镍粉电极表现更高的电化学活性.

Abstract:The property of nickel powders was researched prepared in organic ethylene glycol solutions under ul- trasonic field.The elements of nickel powders were analyzed by the X-ray diffraction and the micro-morphology was characterized with scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.Cyclic voltammetry experiments were done on nickel electrodes.It was showed that the particle parameter of the nickel powders was smaller and the dispersion was better prepared in ultrasonic field compared to without ultrasonic field.Nickel e- lectrodes were prepared by pressing powders prepared in ultrasonic field and the experiments of cyclic voltam- metry were done in the lmol/L KOH solutions containing ethanol.Compared to without containing ethanol,oxi- dation peak current was bigger,but reduction peak current was smaller.This showed that nickel powders pro- duced under ultrasonic field was a better catalyst for ethanol's oxidation-reduction reaction.Then compared to pure nickel block electrodes,nickel nanopowders electrodes had higher electrochemical activities.
