| 摘 要： | 提出一种通用化的目标识别效果评估思路，给出评估参照信息以及计算方法，选取了评估指标及测度方法。并将模糊聚类分析引入到目标识别效果评估，建立了一种开放的评估模型，该模型可以将识别条件有机地纳入评估过程，给出客观的、定量化的评估结果。最后，结合实测数据和拟合数据完成了仿真。

| Abstract: | A general idea is developed by aiming at performance evaluation of Automatic Target Recognition (ATR). The evaluation indexes and their measurement methods are chosen, the information being referred is presented. Then, with the application of fuzzy cluster analysis, an opening performance evaluation model is formed. This model can offer quantitative object conclusion, at the same time, the condition is taken into account. In the end, simulation is carried out by test data and synthesis data. |
