| 摘 要： | 己内酰胺里一些杂质的存在,虽然含量甚微,但对己内酰胺成品的质量影响却很大,所以在己内酰胺的生产中,加强对己内酰胺的精制十分重要。对己内酰胺工业的一系列精制工序包括液液萃取工序、离子交换树脂精制工序、加氢精制工序、蒸发精馏精制工序进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The presence of some impurities in caprolactam, although the content is minimal, pact on the quality of the caprolactam product is great, so in the production of caprolactam, but the im- strengthen the purified caprolactam is very important. This article gives a discussion of purification process on capro- lactam device. It includes purification, extraction, ion exchange, hydrogenation, evaporation, distillation etc. |
