摘    要:为了解决复杂地形下的矿浆输送管道线小位移引起的安全问题,提出了一种基于MEMS加速度计和单片机、无线通信结合的管道小位移检测系统。该系统主要包括太阳能供电模块、位移数据采集模块、无线数据收发模块、数据存储和显示模块,并通过串口将位移数据送PC显示,供管道运行中控室作为判断运行安全与否的依据。实验表明:当管道位移达到阈值时,可以有效报警。系统结构简单,工作稳定,可以有效预测管道位移。

Abstract:To solve the problem of safety of the gravity-dropped slurry pipeline in the complex terrain,a design of pipeline displacement detection system based on MEMS accelerometer and the combination of the microcontroller and wireless communication is proposed.The system is mainly composed of chip STC89C52RC,solar-powered module,the displacement data-collecting module,wireless data transceiving modules,and data storage and display module,and the displacement data is sent through the serial port to the PC to display as the basis of judging the operating security by the pipeline control room.Experiments show that when the pipeline displacement reaches the threshold,it can effectively alarm.At the same time,the system is simple and stable and can effectively predict the displacement of the pipeline.
