| 摘 要： | 以聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯（IPDI）和二羟甲基丙酸（DMPA）为主要原料,合成水性聚氨酯乳液,采用外添加法制备膨胀型阻燃水性聚氨酯涂层胶.结果表明,采用该水性聚氨酯阻燃涂层胶整理后涤纶织物损毁炭长为5.3cm,在燃烧过程中低烟、低毒、无融滴,属环保型阻燃水性聚氨酯涂层胶.

| Abstract: | Waterborne polyurethane emulsion was prepared by the reaction of Polypropylene carbonate polyol with isophorone diisocyanante（IPDI） and dimethylol propionic acid（DMPA）,and the swelling flame-retardant waterborne polyurethane coating was gained by adding flame-retardant material into waterborne polyurethane.The assessment on the flame-retardant coating was made according to the tests of the flame-retardant ability and other abilities about the finished dacron fabric.It is found that the char length of the dacron fabric is 5.3cm during the combustion process with low poison,low smoke and no melt drops,which classified this coating as eco-friendly material. |
