管式间接蒸发冷却(火用)分析

摘    要:采用湿空气火用理论分析方法分析管式间接蒸发器的(火用)效率,探索了一次空气进风温度、二次空气相对温度、二次空气与一次空气风速之比、管径以及管间距等参数对管式间接蒸发冷却器火用效率的影响.结果表明,管式问接蒸发器火用效率随一次空气进风温度提高而降低,随二次空气进口相对湿度提高而提高,随二/一次空气风速比增加而降低.当管径20mm,管间距10mm时,火用效率较大.

Abstract:In view of tube type indirect evaporative cooler (TIEC) performance parameters,using the working princi- ple of TIEC and exergy theory of moist air, the exergy efficiency of TIEC is analyzed. The influential factors such as inlet temperature of primary air, inlet relative humidity of secondary air, air velocity ratio of secondary air to primary air, tubular diameter and tube spacing for the TIEC were analyzed. The results show that the exergy efficiency of TIEC decreases with the increase of inlet temperature of primary air, increases with inlet relative humidity of secondary air, and decreases with the increase of air velocity ratio of secondary air to primary air. The exergy efficiency of TIEC rea- ches maximum when tube diameter and tube spacing approximately equals 20tara and 10ram, respectively.
