| 摘 要： | 目的:评价常规CTA、减影CTA对脑动脉瘤诊断的效果。方法:选取我院2016年5月-2017年5月收治的66例脑动脉瘤患者,根据患者编号,将66例患者均分为观察组、对照组。观察组接受减影CTA,对照组接受常规CTA。结果:两组重建时间、床突以下脑动脉评分、脑动脉瘤检出率和漏诊率比较,P<0.05。结论:脑动脉瘤诊断中实行减影CTA,能够减少重建的时间,确保图像的清晰。同时,还能提高脑动脉瘤的检出率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic effect of conventional CTA and subtraction CTA on cerebral aneurysms.Methods:66cases of patients with cerebral aneurysms admitted in our hospital from May2016to May2017were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to their numbers.The observation group were given subtraction CTA,while the control group were given conventional CTA.Results:The reconstruction time,cerebral artery score below bed process,detection rate and missed diagnosis rate of cerebral aneurysms of the two groups were compared,P<0.05.Conclusion:Subtraction CTA can be used in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms,which can reduce the time of reconstruction and ensure the clarity of the images.At the same time,it can also improve the detection rate of cerebral aneurysm. |
