| 摘 要： | 根据SCR脱硝工艺,研制了一套能处理烟气量为14000 m3/h的工业脱硝试验装置.在试验装置上开展了NH3/NOx摩尔比与脱硝效率、NH3/NOx摩尔比与氨漏失量、烟气温度与脱硝效率、烟气温度与SO2氧化率、烟气流量与催化剂层流动阻力等相关关系的研究.通过脱硝装置研制和脱硝性能研究工作,为今后脱硝装置的设计、运行以及性能研究提供了经验.
