| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国峰谷分时电价、两部制电价、可中断负荷电价等需求侧电价形成机制,通过对其适应性的分析,揭示了我国现行需求侧电价存在的主要问题,认为提升其适应性的重点是:强化两部制电价改善负荷特性的作用,完善DSM的投入补偿机制,建立与可中断负荷电价相配套的高可靠性电价机制。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces demand side price mechanism of peak-valley shifting price,two-pare tariff,interruptible price and so on in China.The main problems of them are shown based on the applicability analysis of demand side price.The key points to advance the applicability of demand side price include intensifying the function of power system load factor by two-pare tariff,improving compensation mechanism of DSM investment and building reliability price that fits interruptible price. |
