| 摘 要： | 鉴于双酚A及其他双酚类物质作为食品罐内涂层材料有潜在的毒性与危害，中国、欧盟、美国等国家均已严格限制它们在金属食品罐内涂料中的使用。本文介绍双酚A、双酚A二缩水甘油醚、双酚F、双酚F二缩水甘油醚的结构、应用、危害、检测方法及迁移结果，并简述固相萃取在样品前处理中的应用。
