摘    要:为实现40t轴重铁路货车铸钢摇枕铸造工艺性最优的目标,采用Pro/ENGINEER对摇枕铸造实体建模。选择ZCAST数据库中与铸件相近钢种的热物理参数,对模型进行计算机数值模拟。通过分析摇枕铸件各部位在浇注和凝固过程中,流场、速度场、温度场和时间场等的数值模拟计算结果,预测铸件在生产过程中可能产生的缺陷。依据数值模拟结果,对产品结构设计不合理的区域和工艺设计过程中存在的问题提出改进性建议。

Abstract:In order to achieve the optimal casting process of the 40-ton axle load railway truck bolster, the bolster casting modeling is accomplished by Pro/ENGINEER. Based on ZCAST database selection steel close to the thermal physical parameters of the model is simulated. By analyzing the flow field, velocity field, temperature field and time field, such as numerical simulation results of the bolster casting each part of the casting and solidification process, the casting in the production process may have flaws. Based on numerical simulation results, an unsuitable design of the product structure and process of regional problems in the design process, make suggestions for improvements.
