交流发电机风扇组件断裂故障分析

摘    要:某交流发电机在进行振动试验时,风扇组件的叶片断裂、铆钉断裂。分析发现,经过盐浴钎焊,风扇叶片的抗拉强度降低,在振动过程中使风扇叶片产生过载断裂,铆钉疲劳断裂。取消风扇组件的盐浴钎焊,将风扇叶片厚度由0.6 mm改为0.8 mm,铆钉直径由准2 mm增加到准2.5 mm,轴套的划窝角度由60°改为90°,成功地解决了该问题。

Abstract:While an alternator is under the vibration-resistance,it is found that the vanes and rivets of the fan subassemblies are broken. The analysis found that the salt-bath and brazing could weaken the strength of extension, that would lead to the fatigue breaking of the rivets, and the overload breakage of the vanes. Then abolish the salt-bath and brazing of the fan subassembly, the thickness of the vanes is changed from 0.6mm to 0.8mm, the diameter of the rivets is increased from 2 to 2.5, the row nest angle of the shaft sleeve is altered from 60o to 90o and it work.
