| 摘 要： | 粮食干燥是粮食储藏、加工、运输等过程的一个重要环节.干燥的目的就是把粮食中的水分降低到安全水分,确保粮食的优良品质.综述了粮食干燥过程中水分迁移的动态变化特性,探讨了水分迁移的数学模型,提出了几种水分迁移学说,并预测了粮食干燥过程水分迁移的多重因素的交叉影响作用,为干燥动力学研究确定优化的干燥方案提供依据.
