压水堆核电厂长寿命化的腐蚀损伤问题

摘    要:对压水堆核电厂运行过程中发生的设备老化或降级问题及其原因进行调查,分析,提出了核电厂长寿命化的若干关键问题,分析表明,中子辐照脆化,腐蚀损伤,疲劳及磨损引起核电厂不可更换部件及更换困难部件的老化,降级是制约或极大程度影响电厂寿命的关键问题,本文就关键问题之一的腐蚀损伤所引起的设备降级及解决对策作一介绍和探讨。

Abstract:This paper puts forward some key issues of long lifetime for presurized water reactor (PWR) nuclear power plant (NPP) according to the investigation of components aging or degradation which occur during NPP operation. The results show that neutron radiation embrittlement, corrosion damage, fatigue and wear are the key issues which cause aging or degradation of un replaceable or difficultly replaceable components. This paper introduces and discusses one of these key issues corrosion damage of component degradation and its countermeasures .
