无烟煤配入瘦煤制备优质铸造型焦的研究

摘    要:介绍了在无烟煤中配入瘦煤、采用改性纸浆废液作为黏结剂制备冷压型焦的试验研究情况,对成型压力、无烟煤与瘦煤的配合比、改性纸浆废液用量和煤颗粒度等主要影响因素进行了探讨,确定了无烟煤、瘦煤配合制备型焦的最佳工艺条件为:成型压力30MPa,无烟煤质量分数48%,瘦煤质量分数40%,改性纸浆废液质量分数12%,煤颗粒度<3mm。采用该工艺可制备优质的二级铸造型焦。

Abstract:The preparation of formcoke from cold briquetting using anthracite mixed with lean coal as raw materials and modified sulphite lye (waste pulp liquid) as binder was introduced. The primary influencing factors were also discussed, such as molding pressure, blending ratio between anthracite and lean coal, coal particle size and dosage of modified sulphite lye. The optimum technological conditions for preparation of foundry formcoke were determined as follows: molding pressure 30 MPa, mass ratio of anthracite 48%, mass ratio of lean coal 40%, mass ratio of modified sulphite lye 12%, and the coal particle size less than 3mm.
