| 摘 要： | 针对多元数据处理中的测量误差存在难于进行测量质量的评估问题,本文分析了测量不确定度的评定与计算方法,探讨了测量数据的正态性检验策略,并利用合成标准不确定度进行多元数据的误差分析与处理。实验结果表明,该方法对于实现多元数据测量质量的定量评估具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Aiming at solving the problem of measuring the measurement error evaluation quality during the multi-data processing, this paper analyzed the evaluation and calculation methods of measurement uncertainty,discussed the normality test strategy of measurement data and made error analysis and treatment of multi-data by using combined standard uncertainty.The experimental results show that this method has a positive significance in realizing multi-data measurement quality's quantitative evaluation. |
