| 摘 要： | 软件技术作为当今高速发展的一门先进技术已被广泛应用各个行业中。本文从软件技术专业的课程体系改革、实践性教学环节、师资队伍建设等方面,就高等职业教育应如何培养令用人单位满意的应用型软件技术人才提出了几点看法。并就如何改革现有的传统的教学模式,构建以就业为导向、能力为本位的新型人才培养方式进行了探讨。
