核电高加换热管的胀接工艺性探讨

摘    要:在国内核电机组中,高压加热器的换热管已经普遍采用SA803TP439铁素体不锈钢管,该管材与奥氏体锈钢不同,具有脆性转变温度较高的特性,该特性直接影响到换热管的胀接质量.从化学成分和胀接温度等方对这种材料脆性转变温度的影响因素进行研究探讨,并通过模拟胀接试验,验证该种材料的胀接性能,为核电高的生产制造提供参考.

Abstract:SA803 TP439 ferrite stainless steel tubes are now in common use in high pressure heaters of domestic nuclear power units. The transition temperature ductile-fragile of this tube is comparatively high, the characteristic of which will directly affect the expanding quality of the tubes during tube expansion process. The factor affecting the transition temperature ductile-fragile of the material has been discussed in the paper based on the chemical composition and expanding temperature. And the expanding property of this material has been validated by an analogue test of tube expansion which can be used as the reference in manufacturing this kind of products.
