| 摘 要： | 针对M8263曲轴磨床磨连杆夹具在加工中存在的问题,对其进行了改进设计,使其达到较高的相位角加工精度,尤其是夹具的分度方式更有独到之处.实践证明,满足了公司多品种加工、生产率高的要求,具有一定的参考价值.

| Abstract: | The connecting rod fixture of the crankshaft grinding machine is improved in design according to the problem during process, so that the higher accuracy at phase point can be reached. Especially, the index mode of the fixture is original in this design. This design is proved in practice of fitting the requirement of multi-type and high efficiency production as well as of having reference value. |
