以岗位能力为核心的“熟料煅烧操作”课程教学内容设计

摘    要:根据熟料煅烧操作工、中央控制室操作工、生产设备巡检工的岗位职业要求,校企合作开发了5个项目、23个工作任务、29个实训的"熟料煅烧操作"课程内容,使课程的理论知识和操作技能紧密结合;通过"课程内容三结合、学习实训三递进、成绩评定三考核"的"三三三"教学模式,使以岗位能力为核心的"熟料煅烧操作"课程设计得到有效实施。

Abstract:According to the professional demands for the clinker burning operators, the central control room operators and equipment inspection worker, school-enterprise cooperation develops 5 projects, 23 tasks, 29 training course content to combine the theoretical knowledge with operational skills closely; through "333" teaching model, that is to say, "three-pronged course, three-progressive learning and training and three-assessment performance ", which makes the teaching content design of Clinker Burning Operation with the professional ability as a core curriculum to be carried out effectively.
