Abstract:
Molecular imprinting is a research method developed by combining polymer chemistry,molecular design,molecular recognition and bio-mimic bioengineering.Molecular imprinted polymers(MIPs)prepared by molecular imprinting technique exhibit highly selective recognition properties.Steroids are one of the most important bioactive molecules,which play a crucial role in the process of metabolism in body.In this article,an overview of the application and the progress of molecular imprinting technique in steroid recognition and analysis is described.
