摘    要:在好氧生物活性污泥法处理废水过程中,溶解氧(DO)浓度对有机物的降解速率和污泥回流运行成本均有较大影响.实验研究了溶解氧对好氧生物法处理印染综合废水降解动力学的影响.通过固定活性污泥和基质浓度,测定不同溶解氧浓度下混合液初始降解速率,表明溶解氧浓度对有机物降解速率的影响可用氧的开关函数表示,获得氧的开关常数Ko=0.255mg/L。当DO≥1.0mg/L时,有机物降解速率为完全不受DO抑制时的80%以上.获得溶解氧影响印染综合废水好氧生化反应的动力学模型,过程符合拟一级动力学,模型能较好地解释实验结果.

Abstract:The dissolved oxygen(DO) concentration is one of the important influential factors in aerobic activated sludge processes.Aerobic biotreatment was used for degrading dyeing synthetic wastewater.The effect of different dissolved oxygen concentrations on the kinetics of wastewater treatment was studied experimentally under steady concentrations of activated sludge and organic pollutant.The effect of DO on maximum degradation rate(v_(max)) of organism can be characterized by switching function,of which K_o=0.255 mg/L.The degradation rate of organism v at DO concentration 1.0 mg/L accounted for more than 80% of v~o_(max),which can meet engineering requirement.Results showed that the degradation of dyeing synthetic wastewater was in conformity with pseudo-first-order kinetics.
