基于DSP的大功率感应加热电源设计

摘    要:分析了负载串联谐振的工作过程,根据流过直流母线的电流极性变化情况,提出了一种串联谐振式感应加热电源频率跟踪和输出功率调节的方法,设计了基于DSP的大功率感应加热电源。试验结果表明,所设计的电源可以完成频率自动跟踪,且工作稳定可靠。

Abstract:The main circuit operation of series load resonant induction heating power is analyzed and a method of frequen- cy tracking is presented.If the DC bus current is unidirectional,the induction heating power is operation in resonance frequency.The power supply based on DSP is designed and the controlling flow chart is proposed.The results shows this power works efficiently.
