大摆角抽油机节能探讨

摘    要:大摆角抽油机是游梁、驴头为一体且游梁摆角达90°、四连杆机枸最小传动角为32°的偏置式抽油机。通过几何尺寸的优化设计,与同类型常规抽油机相比,其悬点最大裁荷减少7.38%,实耗功率计算值下降12.21%,具有显著的节能效果。动态测试结果表明,各结构件强度均满足要求。

A discussion on energy saving effect of" large swing" pumping units
Abstract:The pumping unit described in this article is an offset-type unit with the walking beam and horsehead as an integral whole, and on which the swing angle of the beam is up to 90° and the minimum drive angle of the four-bar linkage is 32° . By optimum geometric design, the maximum polished rod load can be reduced bv 7.38% and the actual power consumption reduced by 12.21%, compared with those on the conventional pumping units.The result of dynamic test indicates that the strength of each structural member on the new unit can meet the operating requirements.
