南方电网一体化运行智能系统灾备建设模式初探

摘    要:一个有效的灾备系统对于化解和降低电网运行风险是必不可少的。基于南方电网一体化电网运行智能系统(OS2)的技术架构,结合南方电网各级调度机构的灾备需求,从灾备系统的地理位置、运行方式和主备关系等方面对灾备系统的建设模式进行了逐项论述,分析每种建设模式的优缺点及适用范围。

Abstract:An effective disaster recovery system is necessary for preventing and reducing possible risks of power grid operation. Based on the technical architecture of operation smart system( OS2) of China Southern Power Grid( CSG),and considering the requirements of the dispatching agencies to the disaster recovery system at all levels in CSG,this paper discusses the construction patterns of disaster recovery system from aspects of the geographic location,operational modes as well as the relationship between the main system and the standby system,and analyzes the advantage and applicability of each pattern.
