铂—钡合金微观组织研究

摘    要:本文利用光学显微镜及透射电子显微镜研究了Pt-Ba合金的微观组织,用于透射观察的合金薄膜采用Ar离子溅射的方法制备。试验结果表明:Pt-Ba合金由多晶的面心立方结构的Pt基体相及六方结构的BaPt5相组成。BaPt5的含量随Ba在合金中的浓度增加而增加。Pt基体相的晶粒由许多小的亚晶粒组成,而BaPt5相均存在于Pt基体的晶界或者亚晶界上。

Abstract:This paper presents the results of an investigation of the microstructure of the Pt-Ba alloy.The Pt-1.56wt% Ba alloy thin films for TEM observation are prepared by Ar ions sputtering.It is found that thePt-Ba alloy is composed of a mixture of polycrystalline FCC Pt phase and HCP BaPt5 phase.The contentof the BaPt5 phase increases with the increasing Ba concentration in Ba-Pt alloy. The Pt grain consists ofa few Pt subgrains.And the BaPt5 phase exists in the Pt grainboundary or sub-grainboundary.
