| 摘 要： | 采用索式回流提取法用乙醇提取附子总生物碱,采用酸碱滴定法测定附子中总生物碱的含量。结果表明,总生物碱的最佳提取工艺:水的倍数为10,时间为1.5 h,提取次数为2次。
