摘    要:鄂尔多斯盆地北部上古生界气藏是一个典型的低压致密气藏,气井压裂前自然产能很低或基本无产能。水力加砂压裂是该地区进行气田勘探开发的关键技术之一。由于储层具有低压、低孔、低渗的特点,且存在严重的水相圈闭损害和其它敏感性损害,采用针对常规砂岩储层的压裂改造方法在该地区不能达到满意的增产效果。针对鄂北地区低压致密气藏的储层地质特点,通过近年来的攻关研究和现场试验,提出了改进的压裂工艺技术方法,筛选出了低残渣、低伤害、抗水锁、易返排的压裂液体系,大大提高了压裂改造效果。压后平均单层气产量提高2倍以上,初步形成了该地区低压致密气藏压裂工艺技术体系,为进一步探索、解决低压致密气藏的勘探开发难题奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:The Upper Paleozoic gas reservoir in the north part of E'erduosi Basin is a typical tight sandstone gas reservoir with low pressure and has very low initial output before stimulation. Hydraulic fracturing is the key stimulation technique for the gas reservoir’s exploration and development in this area. Because of the low pressure, low porosity, low permeability of the formation, serious water trapping and other sensitive damages, the stimulation techniques proved in normal reservoirs can’t be brought into good play. Aimed at the geological characteristics of the reservoir, improved fracturing techniques and fluids adapting to the tight sandstone gas reservoir with low pressure are put forward. The applied result shows that these techniques are effective and a higher output can be achieved.
