摘    要:以石油焦为原料、KOH为活化剂,讨论了吸附剂的主要制备条件对吸附剂样品储存甲烷性能的影响。结果表明,石油焦的碳、灰分、挥发分和硫含量与吸附剂的性能相关,低灰分、挥发分和低硫高碳含量的石油焦对制备理想的天然气吸附剂有利。原料的粒度会影响物料的混合均匀度及活化反应的程度。在原料组成、粒度等一定时,活化温度、活化时间、活化剂用量存在着最佳值。单独的KOH活化法存在着高温下均匀混合效果差、活化产物中残留钾、活化剂用量大、腐蚀明显等问题,强化物料在高温活化时的混合均匀性是关键,而采用HJ/KOH分步复合活化可有效解决KOH单独活化所产生的问题。

Abstract:With petroleum coke as feed and KOH as activating agent, the article discusses the influence of adsorbent preparing conditions on adsorbent property. The result shows the content of carbon, ash, volatile matter and sulfur in the petroleum coke is relative to the adsorbent property. The petroleum cokes with low ash, low volatile matter, low sulfur and high carbon favor to prepare the ideal gas adsorbent. Feed particle size was a main factor to control the homogeneity and activating reaction level of the mixed material. Under the conditions of the given composition and particle size of the feed, the activating temperature and time and using volume of the activating agent has a optimum value. Activation with KOH only has the disadvantages, such as poor mixing effect under high temperature, residual potassium in activated products, big using volume of activating agent and severe corrosion etc. To overcome the disadvantages, the key is to improve the mixing homogeneity of the feed materials when activating with high temperature. Using HJ/KOH complex activation can resolve the problem of activation with KOH only.
