铝合金部件HVOF替代爆炸喷涂的可行性分析

摘    要:提出采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)作为爆炸喷涂的替代技术在铝合金基体上制备金属陶瓷涂层,通过对比两种工艺的技术特点,指出超音速火焰喷涂制备的金属陶瓷涂层性能已经达到爆炸喷涂的水平,在设备的喷涂效率及可操作性方面优于爆炸喷涂的,但是在降低高温焰流对基体的热效应以及针对铝合金基体/涂层界面的形成机制等方面还有很多工作要做。

Abstract:The high velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF) technology is being considered to replace detonation-spraying for applying metal-ceramic coating on aluminum alloy base metal.In comparison of the technical features of high velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF) and detonation-spraying,it found that the technology parameters and properties of the metal-ceramic coatings produced by HVOF can get the same level of that made by detonation spraying,and spraying efficiency and operability of HVOF is superior than that of detonation sprayi...
