摘    要:直接空冷系统是三北地区电厂的重要组成部分,其支架结构具有大跨度、长悬挑、重载、设备振动大等特点;目前600 MW机组火力发电厂中已有大量的工程实践.随着机组容量的增加,1 000 MW机组火电厂的空冷支架有着不同的特点,主要表现在结构高度增加(增高10 m左右)、结构跨数增大、风机数量增多.采用SAP2000计算软件,计算了增高后的传统空冷结构体系及为解决悬挑端挠度超限和减小桁架高度等问题而增加斜向支撑后的新型结构体系.在大量计算的基础上,总结了1 000 MW直接空冷结构体系的特点及建议采用的形式,供实际工程参考.

Abstract:Direct air-cooling system is an important component of the power plants in Three-Northern Regions of China.The features of the support structure are large span,long cantilever,heavy load,equipments with large vibration etc..Abundant project practice is accumulated in the 600 MW unit thermal power plant at present.As the increasing of the capacity of the unit,the air-cooling support structure of the 1 000 MW unit thermal power plant has different features,mainly displaying on the aspect of the increasing of the structure height(heightening 10 m more or less),the enlarging of the span number of the structure and the increasing of the blower in quantity.Traditional air-cooling structure system after getting higher and new structure system to which the lateral bracing is added to solve the problems such as the overrun of the end deflection of the cantilever,decreasing the height of the truss etc.are calculated by adopting the SAP2000 calculating software.Based on a great quantity of calculation,the features and forms suggested to be adopted for 1 000 MW unit direct air-cooling structure system are summarized,so as to offer reference for the actual projects.
