半闭口式轧钢机机架的有限元分析

摘    要:针对半闭口式轧钢机机架的结构特点提出一种新的有限元分析模型,即按接触问题建模.这样构造出的力学模型与实际情况更加接近.文中介绍接触问题的有限元分析方法.以650型轧机机架为例,给出这类机架的接触问题有限元分析模型的处理方法,并按此方法分析机架的应力和变形.根据分析结果对机架的设计提出一些建议.

Abstract:presents a new model for finite element analysis of the half-closed framework of rolling mill pointion to its structural characteristecs,that is modelling on contact problem,which is even more coincident with practice. This paper introduces the finite element method of contact problem. Taking a 650 rolling mill for example,gives a modelling method of the finite element analysis of this class of frameworks. Using the method, analy ies the stresses and the deformations of the framework. According to the results of the analy sts,some suggestions on the design of the framework are made.
