螺旋埋弧焊管焊缝热裂纹的形成与预防

摘    要:阐述了螺旋埋弧焊管焊缝热裂纹缺陷的检验特征及形成原因,分析认为:焊缝金属中存在液态薄膜和焊缝结晶过程中受到拉伸应变共同作用是螺旋埋弧焊管焊接热裂纹产生的主要原因,液态薄膜是产生热裂纹的内因,拉伸应力是产生热裂纹的外因。并从钢板和焊接材料化学成分的控制、钢管成型过程控制、焊接工艺控制等方面提出了消除热裂纹的措施。

Abstract:This article expatiated inspection characters and generation causes of hot crack in production of SAWH pipe.It considered that the main reason caused hot crack is liquid film existed in weld metal,as well as tensile strain of weld during the course of crystallization,liquid film is internal reason of causing hot crack,and tensile strain is external reason.Corresponding measures for eliminating hot crack were put forward from several aspects,such as chemical composition control of steel plate and welding material,steel pipe forming process control and welding technology control.
